Dear fans of my blog,
First off, I want to tell you what a great summer I had. Not only did I go to beach , but I also went to a airport. One thing that I didn’t do (but wish I had) was go to california. It feels so strange to be at school because I stopped being use to teachers telling us to do homework.
Anyhow, I just watched a Men in Black video clip and it was really funny. I couldn’t believe that Will Smith started finding ways to do his test it was so funny. Looking at Mr. Lahana’s “MOST IMPORTANT THINGS” list it’s pretty clear this video was talking about #1. This is because Will smith was try find ways to solve his problem.
On #4 of Mr. Lahana’s “MOST IMPORTANT THINGS” list he talks about finding what you love. Besides texting, Facebooking, and drooling over my favorite star lady gaga , I’m into some serious stuff. Stuff that not everyone’s into– like scratch . It’s true! I could spend hours on scratch and time just vanishes. If you gave me access to a computer with a camera, Garageband, Scratch, Photoshop or 3D design software I would make a amazing project with garage band,scratch,photo shop or 3D design software to make the project. that showed off my talent at school. But you know, I’m not perfect at my talent yet. By the end of the year I hope I can master my talent . Well, that’s all I have time to write for now– so bye for now!

What are calories? Calories are the energy we get in food.
What are empty calories? empty calories are when you don’t have energy in your body so you can ‘t move your body.

1. What is Glucose and who uses it? Glucose is sugar that gives you energy and everybody is using it.
2. What is the pancreas? Pancreas is an organ that makes insulin. 
3. What is insulin? insulin is like a key that open’s your sell so Glucose can get in. 
4. What do people have to do to help their Diabetes? you can eat healthy food and not eat a lot of sugar also you have to get insulin shot so your insulin can open the cell and your glucose can get in so it can give you energy.
